Project Brief
Provide print management and supplied artwork pre-press services for the following items:
Project Performance and Outcome
Loft Creative was awarded this contract during November 2007, providing a lead time of six weeks. Approximately 80% of the total print order was provided to their corporate office during December 2007. The client requested a part order delivery for specific items requiring specialist finishing methods, this was achieved with the balance of the order completed January 2008. Some delays were experienced with production through the Christmas holiday period, a revised delivery schedule was discussed and approved with the client prior to shutdown. Multiple file errors were experienced during artwork approval and all file checks were corrected prior to the pre-press proofing process, saving production delays experienced with the clients advertising agency. Press checks also provided efficient print production and enhanced the overall finish of the printed products.
