The Zenhiser team is composed of a key group of sound designers, producers & remixers whose expertise in the music field currently spans over 16 years. With a consistent audio production & remix schedule under our teams belt we believe it has given us an understanding of what the customer really wants and needs from pro audio samples and loops.

Project Brief

  • Provide creative direction and design elements for the Zenhiser website.
  • Information architecture revision of existing website to ensure clear delivery of Zenhiser products and services.
  • Provide self-managed email newsletter campaigns, integrated with the Zenhiser website and brand.
  • Implement intensive eCommerce functionality
  • Create content management, website membership and secure credit card payment systems

Project Performance and Outcome

Loft Creative completed a case study, analysing the functionality of the existing Zenhiser website. After usability and competitor analysis, it was established that not only was the website hard to administer, but was in need of a complete redesign.

A new website concept, revised information architecture and a rejuvenated website business model was created, focussing on Web 2.0 trends. Web 2.0 online applications and websites revolve around the participation of users, and websites that encourage participation are revisited by clientele.

Email marketing campaign software was setup and an email campaign sent out to Zenhiser clientele advising them of the new website launch. A 20% discount was offered to Zenhiser clientelle which encouraged sales.

Attracting new clients to the website was handled by Loft Creative implementing aspects of a Stimulate Search Engine Optimisation package, focussing on the keyword rich product catalogue.

A secure online membership system was created for clients to streamline the checkout process and also promote loyalty and repurchasing.

The tools put in place by Loft Creative assist Zenhiser in the evolution of the business.
